ResourceMFG is Hiring Welders in the Randleman area!!!

If you can MIG Weld, stainless steal and aluminum we are looking for you.

We need someone that can weld automotive grade welding, must be quality work, follow given weld instruction and blue prints. Will conduct a weld test to measure skill level.

Shift: 2nd shift 2:30pm-11:30pm

Pay:  $19.00/hr - $22.00/hr, Depends on Experience

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Main responsibilities are to Weld Sheet Metal by using MIG and TIG techniques, the candidate must be able to lift the metal sheets (around 30 lbs.) 
• Welding as required followed by checking the quality of the finished product and by grinding or deburring the rough edges if needed prior to moving the sheets to the finished section.
• Must be able to understand production and manufacturing and must have ability to multitask
• Prior experience with Sheet Metal is not a must but to have a Welder certification is a requirement.

Important Notes: 

• Must be able to work in a dirty dusty environment
• Must be able pass a weld test prior to starting
• Must have steel toes

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Use electrical currents to create heat and bond metals.
• 1 to 2 years minimum experience MIG, TIG welding stainless steel and aluminum.
• Good knowledge of blueprint reading.
• Plan work by interpreting blueprints.
• Join beams in the construction of metal frames and parts, and other structures.
• Have experience welding 3/8” to 20ga mostly in stainless steel and various other metals.
• Weld materials such as steel, stainless, aluminum and mild steel
• Being able to lift 75 lbs is required
