This is working for a medical manufacturing company located in the Southeast area of Jacksonville, that engineer and builds guides and implants for children with birth defects and patients recovering from car accidents for reconstructive purposes where they focus on medical devices that are made specific to each and every patient!

 

Job Title: Sales Support Admin

Pay: $17 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:30pm 

 

Summary

Provide support and corresponds with company sales representatives on a daily basis to have such items as Sales Support sets, instruments for meetings and other sales aides sent out.

Job Requirements

  • Communicates with Sales Force to maintain materials on accounts. 
  • Generates sales orders, return orders and quotes.
  • Responds to inquiries from the sales force by providing feedback via telephone or email.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Takes calls from sales reps.
  • Receive requests for inventory to be shipped.
  • Excel, data entry, and call center experience are preferred.
