SCOPE AND BASIC FUNCTION:

Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include performing routine maintenance activities, painting, plumbing, notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning snow or debris from sidewalk.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/OTHER SKILLS:

• HSD / GED required
• An understanding of basic math skills
• The ability to use basic measurement tools
• Hands on experience with basic machining tools
• Troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance experience
• Willingness to be flexible on hours worked
• Must be able to analyze problems and make rational decisions with minimal supervision
• Must possess a positive attitude and enjoy working with others
• Must have demonstrated the ability to lead others in a positive work environment
• Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Ability to continually learn and develop new skills and knowledge
• Methodical and effective troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication skills
