Steel Production

Location: Piqua, OH

Shifts/Hours/Pay:

1st shift: 7:00am-4:30pm Pay $17.50 per hour

3rd shift: 7:30pm-7:00am (Mon-Thur) Pay $19.50 per hour

6 months production bonus = $1.35 per hour once hire.

Once hired potential for $1000 bonus

Steel Production Responsibilities:

• Band the Steel with use of air tools
• Use hoist to stack and place on skids
• Use forklift to move skids / will be trained if needed
• Catch and stack steel after being cut

Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow safety guidelines
• Follow standard work instructions as assigned
• Perform hands-on tasks
• Lift up to 50lbs, stand, bend, and reach
• May utilize basic hand tools
• Maintain clean and organized workspace
• Identify and resolve problems concerning equipment and materials
• Ensure product meets customer specifications
• Meet production standards
• Work in a team environment
• Accurate recordkeeping and quality documentation
