Description

The world's leading supplier of state-of-the-art engineered connector products, located in West Valley City is seeking an entry level Machine Operator. Machine Operator and Forklift experience is preferred, but not required. They are willing to train the right candidate. 

Pay $18.00- $20.00 per hour based on experience

Shift 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday 

Job Duties

• Operate machinery used in the production process
• Examine products to verify quality standards
• Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected.
• Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or using hoists.
• Mark or tag identification on parts
• Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances.
• Separate products according to weight, grade, size, and composition
• Other warehouse and forklift duties as needed

Job Requirements

• Machine operator experience of some type is preferred, but not required
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Computer Skills Ability to be trained to learn basic computer skills, as well as to become proficient in company specific software
• Other Requirements Proficient in English and strong work history
