A growing industrial, measurement and diagnostic company is searching for experienced Electrical Assemblers to join the team

Shift: 7am to 3:30pm Monday-Friday (over time as needed)

Pay Rate: $20-$22/HR depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Learn and become proficient in all department functions from screened dots, to Inlight manufacturing, to material testing and equipment quality control and preparation
• Learn and operate all Inlight production equipment to expectation from printing to dosimeter labeling
• Learn and process all Inlight data management systems including IMS, ILS, and material testing databases to expectation
• Master complex processes such as quality control inspection processes of slides
• Communicate clearly with various adjacent departments like Technical Maintenance, Engineering, I/T, Calibration Lab and Customer Service
• Be able to multitask between order processing, equipment operation, and other tasks
• Accurately plan and deliver expected demand on a weekly and monthly basis

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of High school or GED required 
• Requires at least 1-2 years of electrical assembly experience
• High energy level required
• Previous mastery of complex process operations with both productivity and quality
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with drive to multitask various tasks daily
• Ability to properly prioritize department needs
