Now Hiring for Production Associate!

Hire Dynamics is hiring for production associates in Franklin, TN. This is an entry level Temp-to-Hire opportunity. No prior production experience necessary. You will be working along the production line in a factory setting. 

2nd shift: M-F 3:30pm-12am or 3pm-11:30pm

Pay: $18/hr.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Will be required to meet productions goals.
• Operate within SOP’S (Standard Operating Procedures) and maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Maintains proper inventory of product at workstations
• Must be capable of maintaining a good attendance record.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor, for example, but not limited to: Ensuring basic quality standards are met; Reworking/repairing product; Cardboard baling; Spot welding: Loading/unloading parts on paint line: Clean up/Janitorial functions: Other tasks as assigned.

• Must be able to understand and apply basic directions with regard to safety procedures, quality standards, production goals, and company rules, regulations and processes.
• Must be capable of using hand tools and have ability to operate machinery (other than equipment referenced in other Job Classifications) in routine, non-complex environment.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity a must.
