Wages

• Pay Range:  $19.55 - $28.80/hr (includes Rotation Premium)
• Wage increase every 6 months
• Bonus Payouts  2x per year

Schedule

• Rotating Shifts (2 weeks days, 2 weeks nights)
• Day Shift: Monday through Friday
• Night Shift: Monday through Friday

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

You will be working in a manufacturing environment and will be required to perform physically demanding manufacturing duties on a repetitive basis which include, but are not limited to:

• Standing and walking at least 8 hours per day
• Performing repetitive work motions and fine hand manipulation/motor skills
• Moderate lifting up of 20 pounds unassisted
• Safely using air/power/vibrating tools and machinery
• Working with vehicle components

You will receive On-the-Job Training!??No Prior Manufacturing Experience Required! 

All Production Team Members are required to work rotating shifts starting at either 6:30am or 6:30pm. *Rotating shifts are defined as working a day shift then a night shift set on a two-week rotating schedule. 

Problem solving and continuously improving safety, quality and productivity are required! 

Pre-employment assessments and screenings are required!
