Customer Service Representative: Responsibilities:
• Communicate with clients on their orders
• Provide status of products and time frame changes
• Interface with different departments including warehouse
• Respond to emails and enter data in excel.
• Maintain professionalism while assisting clients with great attitude.
• Discuss products with full knowledge of skin care/cosmetic industry.
