Description

A local electronics company in Mountlake Terrace is looking for an Electronic Technician to troubleshoot and repair audio equipment.

Our client makes car and home audio equipment and Electronic Technicians in this position will troubleshoot to the component level on the PCB and make the necessary repairs.

This position is temp to hire with the company and you can start right away!

Pay and Shift Information:

• Pay: $24/hour
• Shift: 7 am-3:30 pm; Mon-Fri

Job Duties of the Electronic Assembler:

• Test and repair circuit boards and electronic amplifiers
• Set up and run initial tests on new products
• Follow wiring diagrams, drawings and schematics to ensure units are assembled correctly
• Update software and firmware on units
• Process returns and repairs
• Recognize and communicate failure trends or quality concerns
• Maintain records and logs associated with testing and troubleshooting of production units, returns and repairs

Job Requirements

Job Requirements of the Electronic Assembler:

• 2-3 years of experience as an Electronic Technician  
• Be able to use test tools such as: Oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, etc.
• Have the ability to troubleshoot to the component level on the circuit board and make repairs
