Administrative Clerk Position Available in Leola Pa 

1st Shift Hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm 

Pay Rate: $16 to $18 

Administrative Clerk Job Responsibilities:

  • This position is primarily responsible for all functions related to accounts payable and payroll 
  • Daily processing and reconciling of bills 
  • Process weekly payroll and complete related transactions and journal entries related to payroll. 
  • Perform relevant general ledger reconciliations and journal entries. 
  • Administrative tasks that may be performed in this role include answering phones, filing, reception, processing mail and ordering office supplies. 
  • After successful training and proficiency, this team member will have the opportunity to cross train and serve as back-up in other positions such as accounts receivable, invoicing, costing or human resource functions. 
  • Other tasks and projects as needed and assigned.

Job Requirements

Administrative Clerk Job Qualifications:

  • Effectively communicate and collaboration with all personnel and management within an organization 
  • Excellent organizational skills 
  • High degree of confidentiality 
  • Ability to multi-task with distractions in a fast-paced work environment 
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting procedures and Microsoft Office applications. Excel experience with basic formula construction a must. 
  • Sage 100 or other ERP/accounting software experience. 
  • 1-3 years related experience preferred
