ResourceMFG has entry level pick/pack  positions available in a climate-controlled facility in Murfreesboro, TN.  This is an Entry Level Manufacturing opportunity packaging and sorting food products in a factory setting. 

No prior manufacturing, production, or factory experience needed for the Pick/Pack Positions!

Pick/Pack Shifts and Pay

• 1st - 7:00am - 3:00pm - $15.00
• 2nd - 3:00pm - 11:00pm - $15.50
• 3rd - 11:00pm - 7:00am - $16.00

• Up to a $2.00 increase possible after you obtain production skills.

Pick / Pack Job Description:

• Pick and pack food on production lines
• Quality checking of food production
• Eye for detailed product inspections
• Cleaning up boxes/trash and general cleaning
• Sanitation of production lines and equipment
• Measuring food products

Job Requirements

Pick/Pack Requirements:

• No High School Diploma or GED required
• No prior manufacturing, production, or factory experience needed to start
• No previous experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand, stoop and bend.

This is a full time; temp to hire position based on attendance and performance. We are hiring immediately.
