Job Requirements

• Check in goods and materials as they are delivered by vendors and/or any other delivery service. 
• Verify items and quantities match packing list, report and discrepancies to purchasing or management.
• Unload containers and truck shipments.
• Stage parts sampling for inspection and assist quality control as necessary.
• Tag and put away parts or components rotating down old stock to be used first.
• Consolidate material as necessary while maintaining FIFO concept and historical information.
• Receives new product into the warehouse and processes it into the inventory data base. 
• Receives incoming RMA’s, completes paperwork and hands off to Pump Production/Assembly Team foreman for further processing. 
• Ensure quarantined material is properly marked, counted and stored away from inventory.
• Conducts product cycle counts.
• Ensures that product is correctly located in the warehouse and in the inventory system.
• Empty all Gaylord trash boxes in warehouse and factory. 
• Maintain and operate forklifts in accordance with safety regulations.
• Assist in pulling parts for work orders and prepping all assembly lines.
• Maintain material levels at assembly lines as necessary.
• Maintain roof and gutter system as necessary or at least monthly.
• Assist in sweeping and maintaining factory and warehouse floors.
• Assist with special projects as directed.
• Back up to shipping as necessary based on scheduling
• Must have the ability to lift up to 75 pounds as necessary.
• Requires basic math skills and legible handwriting.
• Sit-down forklift (50% of the time) 
• 2+ years computer experience & shipping/receiving software a plus.
