Description

We are hiring an Mill Packaging Lead for a great grease manufacturer near Sand Springs!

Pay: $19

Hours: 1st Shift Monday-Friday from 7am-3:30pm, plus Overtime!

A hands-on role, operating grease plant packaging equipment and responsible for leading the packaging team in all areas of packaging.

This position reports directly to the Plant Production Manager.

Job Requirements

Responsible for

• Performing pre-operational inspections
• Line setup
• Labeling containers
• Container prep
• Rolling drums
• Packing cartridges, drums, or containers
• Crimping containers
• Operational adjustments
• Continuous process monitoring to ensure that quality and production standards are met 
• Recording material usage
• Performs general housekeeping and various sanitation functions
• Required to collect, measure, graph, and catalog variances, spillage, downtime, foreign material, and other production and product information
• Draws samples from product flow and tests for specific quality attributes
• Records results
