Office Admin

Manufacturing company in Burbank is Hiring an Office Admin to support the sales department with various office tasks.

Job Duties:

•Answer main phone line for the company and route calls to various departments with professionalism and courtesy

•Perform data entry of sales orders both 10-key and alphanumerical for specific territories assigned by the Sales Manager

•Check sales orders for accuracy of customer discount and product number

•Match sales orders to invoices and associated documents for accurate customer files

•Conduct forensic research of sales orders to confirm shipped dates and amounts against customer records

•File orders and associated documents for hundreds of clients, maintaining an accurate alphanumeric filing system

•Audit physical sales files for accuracy

•Perform stock checks for the department

•Coordinate with inventory control to confirm accuracy of shelf stock levels and expected inventory availability

•Assist Repair Department contacting clients for finished repairs

•Assist Inventory Allocator with orders and picking sheets to the warehouse and shipping departments

•Confirm outstanding repairs and set appointments for customer pick up

•Relieve showroom sales staff during rest breaks and meal periods; greeting customers, clients, and vendor walk-ins with a positive and helpful attitude

•Sort incoming mail to the correct department daily, date-stamping invoices and checks

•Manage postage for letters and packages through the post office daily

1st Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay $18.00-$19.00 per hour

  • 60wpm minimum typing speed, alphanumeric and special characters
  • Knowledge of standard Microsoft Office programs: Outlook, Word, Excel
