North Austin Electronic Manufacturer Seeking SMT Machine Operator

Full-Time and Long-term position

1st Shift: Monday – Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm

**Flexibility to work overtime & Saturdays as needed

Pay rate: Depending on Experience

Air-conditioned environment, Profit sharing after 6 months & Benefits Available

Brief Job description:

Responsible for loading and unloading materials into machines for production with tubes, trays, and reels
Setup and operation of mass reflow ovens, automatic and semi-automatic stencil printers
Adjust machine speeds during production and inspecting the objects produced
Pick and place SMT machine, reading and interpretation X and Y coordinates
Operating and understanding the sequence of events, the control panel, indicators, and understand how to replenish supplies and components
Perform routine machine maintenance
Ensure workmanship conforms to IPC 610 Standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in SMT Line Operation.
Skills and knowledge about circuit boards, reflow ovens, and electronic components.
Basic computer knowledge
Be able to work standing up the whole shift
Spanish speakers are welcome
Able to work independently
