Remedy is looking for a Manufacturing Team Lead at a pump manufacturing company in South Jacksonville!


Pay: $18 - $20 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm 



 Looking for a lead to supervisor and work a long side a small manufacturing team. Assists the Operations Manager in directing the work of the pump assembly products to ensure assembly, testing, and packing are completed according to posted instructions. No pump experience needed but must have team lead in a manufacturing/production setting. This is in a non-climate controlled warehouse and must be comfortable with standing your entire shift.

Job Requirements

  • Ensure team members maintain work stations that are clean, organized and prepared before and after each production run.
  • Ensure team members maintain sufficient stock levels of materials in in the bins for pump assembly lines.
  • Monitor instruction manuals and online documentation for all line positions making sure they are up to date with the latest pumps and procedures.
  • Verify the equipment and test protocol are up to date and prepared for next production run.
  • Work with management, engineering or quality control as necessary to resolve issues effecting or delaying production. (i.e. equipment or product issues.)
  • Work with management for personnel assignment to meet requirements of large production runs.
  • Utilizing appropriate pump assembly line and/or lathe: build, test, label, or pack pumps based on orders, customization and stock requirements. (Pump line positions will be rotated based on scheduling and personnel availability).
  • Perform daily procedure checks to insure product is being produced correctly and efficiently.
  • Ensure pre and post assembly are completed as necessary.
  • Unpacks and processes all RMA defective parts returned for replacement or credit.
  • Report any discrepancies with product or equipment that you can’t resolve to Quality Control or Management.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and all safety procedures necessary to perform assigned tasks.
  • Be flexible and proactive in order to monitor or perform assigned tasks effectively and efficiently.
