ResourceMFG has an immediate opportunity for Entry level Machine Operator workers in the Albuquerque, NM area. This is a full-time entry-level production position with advancement potential.

You will be responsible for producing a high-quality product while participating in quality, safety and environmental reporting and production documentation. 

The pay starts at 16.00 and increases based on shift and position: 

• 2nd shift- M-F 3:15pm - 11:45pm MST
• 3rd shift- Sun.-Thurs. 11:15pm - 7:45am MST

Job Requirements

Role Overview: The Entry Level Production position supports the timely and accurate Manufacturing of components and finished goods.

•  Machine Operation
•  Ability to perform basic mathematical equations, read, and understand measurements
•  Able to work 8 hour shift
•  Ability to read & understand part, component and job instructions
•  Ability to create and maintain record retention and retrieval systems appropriate for position.
•  Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening).
•  Must be able to lift 40lbs.
•  Must be able to perform physical tasks for extended periods of time including: standing, walking, pushing/pulling, and lifting.
