Description

Automation Operator is need it in the Ft. Lauderdale area.

Responsibilities:

  1. Load required materials into the automation machine and be able to start the machine.
  2. Correctly complete the daily reporting of production in Blue Books along with the material tracking logs
  3. Correctly load input batches into the production terminal (HYDRA) and print output batches to the correct quantity
  4. Track scrap for each output batch at the production terminal (HYDRA)
  5. Verify the information inputted aligns with the process sheets.
  6. Sort parts per customer specification
  7. Review part samples for visual defects before submitting a sample to the Quality Department
  8. Assist in other jobs as needed.
  9. Always maintain good housekeeping and a safe working environment in the respective working area.
  10. Follow work instructions along with company policies and procedures.

Monday to Friday 2nd Shift. $17.00 an hour.

Job Requirements

    1.        High School Diploma or equivalent

    2.        Has an understanding of basic machine protocols and always adhering to safety

    3.        Able to read and understand Work Instructions

      4.            Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment

    5.        Produce accurate documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Procedures

    6.        Able to stand for prolonged periods of time.

    7.        Ability to lift materials of an average weight of 50 lbs.

    8.        Able to work a flexible schedule which may include overtime and weekends
