Monday-Friday 8am-4:30 pm

Job Description: ResourceMFG is hiring for production associates for a local printing company. This position will include production, packaging, inspection, and general warehouse duties.

• Provides support to assigned work area through contract production assistance. 
• Operates production machinery as assigned; learns procedures/methods for assigned contracts being performed; sets up each contract in assigned area to expedite work in most efficient and effective working manner.
• Ensure that production work is processed in accordance with quality control standards and rate of production.
• Keeps equipment and work area clean and safe; may pick up, deliver, load and unload materials; aids in the control of inventory of all contracts supplies; ensures proper use of all supplies, equipment and facilities used by all workers and staff in designated areas.
• May perform facility maintenance duties (i.e., vacuuming, trash removal, sweeping/mopping floors, dusting, restroom cleaning, window cleaning, etc.)  
• May be assigned to different work areas depending upon contact and production requirements as needed.
• Assists with training other personnel as required.      
• Perform other duties as assigned.

 Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One-year mailing or printing work experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.   
• Includes the ability to give and receive instructions in written and verbal forms and to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, supervisors, and co-workers
• Must have effective verbal communication and writing skills. 
• Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs., push, pull, bend, and stoop frequently.
