Job Posting

1. Be involved with the continuous improvement program (5S) on the production.
2. Bring raw material to the press and make it ready for Toolmaker/Moldmaker
3. Fill and maintain oiler
4. Provide raw material information for inspection
5. Verify proper orientation of wind up and de-winder for reel jobs.
6. Run the job on the machine as assigned.
7. Verify that all proper information on the process sheet is followed when running (for each job).
8. Always maintain good housekeeping and a safe working environment in the working area
9. Observe the continuous operation of the press
10. Audit finished goods for visual acceptance and understand the defect/reject criteria.
11. Maintain lot control labeling on finish goods as required.
12. Maintain records of any studies in progress.
13. Remove scrap from press and place in the proper bag.
14. Follow work instructions along with company policies and procedures
15. Achieve/perform to the daily targets and outputs.
16. If the press stops for any problem, alert appropriate personnel (Supervisor, Lead Toolmaker/Moldmaker, or Toolroom Manager).
17. Take part samples to Quality and document in submission book.
18. Stop the machine if a quality or safety concern arises.
19. Verify with Supervisor or Molding Manager that the job is completed.
20. Clean machine and surrounding areas, during job run and after job completion
21. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

 Monday to Friday 1st shift $16.00 an hour.

Employment Requirements

    1.        High School Diploma or equivalent

    2.        Understand basic production protocols.

    3.        Able to read and understand Work Instructions

    4.        Produce accurate documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Procedures

    5.        Able to stand for prolonged periods of time.

    6.        Ability to lift materials of an average weight of 50 lbs.

    7.        Able to work a flexible schedule which may include overtime and weekends
