Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our growing manufacturing team of packaging clerks and machine operators! All Positions are long term opportunities. We are a rubber trim manufacturer, positions range from packaging or machine operating. We offer benefits after 60 days! Please see highlights below:

Shift:  1^st Shift and 2^nd Shift (4:00am – 12:30pm, 12:15 – 8:45pm) + overtime offered

Pay: $16.00/hourly (+ bonus incentive)

Duties:

• Maintain clean and efficient packaging station
• Ensure all material is properly disposed of
• Assist the operator with handling finished product
• Ensure finished product is wrapped and stored correctly
• Apply labels and tags to finished product
• Conduct quality checks on finish material
• Assist with final packaging or material

Job Requirements

• Required to walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Regularly lift and or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and or move up to 40 pounds.
• Interacts well with others
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret documents (safety rules, operating / maintenance instructions and procedure manuals).
• Bilingual (Spanish / English) a plus
