Job Information


Under supervision, the Human Resources Assistant provides both HR-specific and general administrative and secretarial support. The tasks are primarily related to record keeping and often handle sensitive and confidential information. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Participates in onboarding activities including sending welcome emails, supporting background checks, conducting I-9 verification, facilitating orientations, entering new hire information, coordinate scheduling and other administrative support. Processes tuition assistance policy debriefing, invoice transaction, profile documentation, and any other auditing support for the program. Administers the Learning Management System, including training scheduling and record keeping. Maintains and updates the project status for the team. Orders and maintains office supplies and forms, checks inventories and ensures accurate orders are received. Processes department invoices for payment and audits. Support project documentation and presentation. Support events and meetings. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. 

Job Requirements


Associate’s Degree in Human Resource or related field preferred, Trade or Technical School Skills, Strong computer skills, Time management skills, Customer Service Focus, Ethical Conduct, Personal Effectiveness, Team Oriented, Proficient in the use of MS Office programs. Must be able to help at two different locations with in 10 mile radius.
