Customer Service Representative Needed for Immediate Opening in Kent

Monday -Friday|8:00am-5:00pm|$21/hourly.

Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive and respectful work environment with co-workers, customers, vendors, and managers
  • Communicate effectively via phone/email with internal and external points of contact
  • Responsible for monitoring customer satisfaction levels and internal KPI requirements
  • Order/Purchase Order Entry, evaluating accurate pricing, documentation, and detailed record accounts
  • Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock
  • Authorizing payments and maintaining receipts, records, and inventories
  • Maintain accurate transaction records: Processing, printing, and posting EOB reports
  • Organize files in chronological, alphabetical, and numerical order
  • Responsible for learning procedural, policy, and system enhancements and adapting to changes as they occur
  • Responsible for quality assurance/audit of work duties
  • Additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

  • The preferred candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a customer service, purchasing, or customer-facing role
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent on the job training
  • Associate/bachelor’s degree is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)
  • Experience with ERP and/or Unix (Preferred)
  • 10 Key proficiencies required
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills to extract data, draw conclusions, and work strategically with other departments
  • Ability to work in an environment with rapidly changing priorities
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
  • Keen eye for detail and time management
