ResourceMFG is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator for a temp to hire opportunity in Longmont!

1st shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday

Pay: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour depending one experience

• •Responsible for Will Call area in terms of operation and appearance.
• •Loading and unloading of materials for Will Call customers.
• •Responsible for pre-staging material for customer orders for pickup.
• •Responsible for maintaining excellent housekeeping within the Will Call department and outside staging areas.
• •Must be able to assist in/on special assignments as needed. 
• •Assists with truck routing
• •Directs will call customer traffic
• •Fields incoming customers calls regarding delivery schedules
• •Coordinates loads going on C/C and keeps monthly log of outgoing shipments
• •Sets up LTL shipments as needed
• •Assists Will Call customers
• •Handles all duties correlating with UPS
• •Data entry, filing and copying

Job Requirements

Warehouse Coordinator Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient with MS Office Suite Applications
• Strong customer service skills; initiative to prioritize and handle duties timely
• Lift up to 25 pounds
