SHIFT: MONDAY - FRIDAY 9:00AM - 5:30PM

Bilingual Spanish/English.

Responsible for local shipments from the company to the final destination with the customer. Prepare delivery notes, packing list, identify and keep in control everything that we load on trucks, keep tracking and inform our customer when was shipped the merchandise and when will can expect received, send proof of delivery or pictures if required by customers.

Skills:

• Inventory management.
• Attention to detail: counting, general organization.
• Delivery notes / Packing list
• Shipping experience, preparing and sending packages, LTL orders with couriers like FEDEX, UPS, XPO, SAIA, etc.
• Experience dealing with trucks and drivers.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Available for flexible/extended schedule
