WOW RATE INCREASE:

Weaver in manufacturing facility.
Weaving yarn- must have precise ability to see small needle/thread
Must take Respiratory testing

• Inspect products to ensure that specifications are met and to determine if machines need adjustment
• Set up and operate textile machines that perform weaving operations
• Cleaning and Doffing weave machines
• Observe woven cloth to detect weaving defects
• Repairing minor material stops on weave machines
• Examine looms to determine causes of loom stoppage, such as warp filling, harness breaks, or mechanical defects
• Remove defects in cloth by cutting and pulling out filling

Job Requirements

We Are Looking For: 

• Manufacturing experience 
• Pro-active, self-motivated, and strong ability to multitask.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. when performing specific job tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed
