We have a Direct Hire Aerospace Quality Manager Opportunity in the Tulsa Area.

Salary $70,000-110,000 , (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm // Saturday 6am-10am

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Quality Manager will lead the Quality Inspection Team in developing and maintaining a system to ensure all products supplied by the organization meet customer specifications and achieve superior quality and reliability levels. This is a hands- on working Quality Manager Position.

Duties:

• Auditing experience, manage an internal auditing schedule and all aspects of a quality management system.
• This includes, but is not limited to, the ability of scheduling and conducting management reviews and managing effective calibration, CAR, PAR, CIP and MRB processes, and reporting to top management the overall effectiveness of the quality management system as needed.
• Must have a clear understanding of quality management systems and working knowledge of AS 9100 D and have demonstrated abilities to facilitate or implement improvements having positive and measurable efficiency results throughout an organization.
• Must have competent understanding of GD&T and thorough blueprint reading abilities and be able to demonstrate complex layout inspection set-ups and inspection processes.
• The physical abilities of a Quality Manager consist of being able to lift 50 pounds and be willing & able to drive to suppliers/vendors as needed.

Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Checking parts to prints
• Handle scheduling of the departments workflow
• First-article paperwork (AS9102 reports) as quickly and efficiently
• Very good understanding of GD&T as well as print reading
• Modeling software - Catia and Solidworks.
• AS9100D and ISO certifications.
• Responsible for Quality personnel staffing requirements, planning and coordination of work flow throughout the Quality Department

The physical abilities of a Quality Manager consist of being able to lift 50 pounds and be willing & able to drive to suppliers/vendors as needed.
