Junior Sales Representative Needed in Westlake Village!

Pay: $45K

Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Temporary to Hire - Immediately Needed

Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Sales Representative who is a highly motivated individual with clerical experience and a passion for learning how to connect with current and future customers over the phone to make sales.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform general office duties such as answering phones, copying, scanning, filing, shredding
• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
• Data Entry - enter customer orders received by phone, email, and fax into Dynamics / Netsuite database with a high level of accuracy
• Set up new customers into the system (Dynamics / NetSuite)
• Calling new and existing customers to explain our products and create sales and long-lasting client relationships
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
• Answer incoming customer calls and ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems
• Prepare reports, memos, letters, approvals, and other documents, using company software
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative or customer service experience
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone skills
• Fast learner – will need to learn about our pharmaceutical products and how they work
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with Dynamics or NetSuite a plus
• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
• Must be comfortable making cold calls and able to deliver excellent customer service over the phone
• Must be professional and prompt with the ability to multi-task and switch gears with limited noticed
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision
• Must be able to interface well with customers and other employees
• Fluency with Dynamics, NetSuite or similar systems a plus.
