We are in search of a Manufacturing Engineer in Cedar Park, TX.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Pay: DOE

Job Description: As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will support the new/custom product release process through the design manufacturability review, process selection, routing for cost roll up, documentation of issues and their resolution, and prototype builds monitoring. You will initiate and support process improvements through process mapping/value stream analysis, equipment sourcing, workstation layout design, lean tools such as 5S and Kaizen events, time studies, root cause analysis, and design of fixtures and equipment updates. You will also develop and sustain electronic work instructions, operator training, and coordination and updates of engineering drawings and BOMs. In addition, you will support the robust Production Equipment Preventative Maintenance Program. Also, you will complete special projects as needed. 

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• AutoCAD and SolidWorks Software experience.
• Willing to travel 5% of the time.
