ResourceMFG is hiring Assembly Operators & Molding Operators for a VIP client in Tullahoma, TN!

Position Offers:

  • Updated payrates up to $15.52 per hour based on shift and experience!

Assembly Associate Overview:

  • Assist with machine set-up
  • Insert mold/product into machine
  • Inspect parts for defects
  • Assemble and pack components
  • Complete other manufacturing tasks as needed

Job Requirements

What your background should look like:

  • No High School Diploma or GED required to start
  • Experience working in manufacturing setting preferred, but not required
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to follow operating instructions as outlined.

 

Choose the shift that fits your schedule!

8 hour Shifts 

  • 1st Shift 5am to 3:30pm;  $13.50 per hour
  • 2nd Shift 3pm to 11:30pm; $14.00 per hour
  • 3rd Shift 11pm to 7:30am;  $15.12 per hour

12 hour Shifts

  • Saturday, Sunday & Monday 7am to 7:30pm $15.20 per hour
  • Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7pm to 7:30am $15.52 per hour
