Job Information


An equipment and systems manufacture for resistance welding, laser welding, and laser marking is in need of a Systems Assembly Technician.

This is a direct hire opportunity!

Schedule & Pay:

  • Monday-Friday, Some overtime and weekends as needed 
  • 6AM-230PM
  • $20.00 DOE


  • Assemble, test and troubleshoot semi-automated and fully automated manufacturing equipment consisting of electronic components and mechanical assemblies using electrical schematics and test equipment following the ISO 9001 quality management system,
  • Proficiency at interpreting schematic and wiring diagrams
  • Knowledgeable of electronic hardware like terminal blocks, connectors, panel components, switches, controls, indicators, panel meters and test equipment
  • Proficient at using engineering drawings and schematics to assemble a variety of precision electrical and mechanical assemblies as well as the final level build of manufacturing machines
  • Adept at building prototype assemblies with limited input from design Engineers
  • Highly skilled at performing mechanical and electrical setup of automated manufacturing equipment
  • Highly skilled at troubleshooting electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies
  • Must be experienced at providing advanced manufacturability inputs to reduce product cost and increase product reliability
  • Knowledgeable of PC computer software & PC hardware troubleshooting


Job Requirements

  • 2-4 year electronics technical degree or equivalent trade school certificate and experience
  • Experience with Assembly and testing industrial equipment of electronic and mechanical nature
  • Experience with troubleshooting of electro-mechanical assemblies and machines using test equipment
  • Assisted Electronics Engineers in augmentation of wiring schematics and electrical designs
  • Experience with motion control equipment and precision motion stages, vacuum
