  • PRO KPI’s administrator
  • General Administration for PRO team
  • Manage the dept communication board – job postings, forms updated
  • Bi-weekly Network Meetings
  • 45/90 day new hire evaluation communication and tracking
  • Discipline Tracking – performance and attendance
  • Exception Letters
  • Partner Immersion/CW Orientation Prep & Set-up
  • SAP/Org Chart Publisher
  • Reports – Accrual, Incentive, general reports
  • Plant Meeting Slides
  • Other duties as assigned
