1st shift: 8AM to 5:00PM

Monday - Friday

Job Responsibilities

  • Answer inquiries and provide information to the general public, customers, and other interested parties regarding activities conducted at establishment and location of departments, offices, and employees within the organization.
  • Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
  • Assist with front desk administrative duties, data entry, file, scan, copy, customer service: via phone/email, multitask, organizational skills
