We are looking for HR Coordinator for our client in Milpitas, CA.

Shift: 8am-5pm (Mon-Fri)
Pay: $23-$32/hr
Temp to Hire position

Job Duties:
• Provides administrative support to HR Manager in HR operational management.
• Responsible for general administrative processes such as processing employees timecards, prepares new hire / benefit packets, coordinates new hire orientation and on-boarding process.
• Assists in job postings, reviewing resumes to ensure the qualifications are met, and perform phone interviews.
• Answers employee questions about human resources matters such as insurance, payroll, retirement plans, hiring procedures, company policies/procedures, and refers to department manager as needed.
• Plans, develops, coordinates, and conducts all company-sponsored training.
• Ability to articulate, educates, and train employees on new procedures and processes.
• Ensures all employees training records are up-to-date.
• Maintains HR information and develops/maintains reports under the direction of the HR Manager.
• Research and recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department.
• Research and recommends ways to improve employee morale, retention, and reward & recognition program.
• Expected to maintain proper security for all employee files and follow privacy procedures at all times

Job Requirements


Job requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong proficiency with utilizing MS Office suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to solve mid-level problems with supervision
• Multi-task, exercise excellent time management, and meet multiple deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to document information accurately
• Ability to work independently and in team environment.
