Description

Remedy is looking for a Meeting Supplies Admin at a medical manufacturing company in South Jacksonville!

 

Pay: $15 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

 

Summary

To correspond with company sales representatives on a daily basis to have all products for meetings and other sales aides sent out.

Job Requirements

  • Ensures that Meeting Team is on schedule to the most current, published Meeting Calendar.
  • Communicates with the sales force in reference to Meeting RGA’s and product information.
  • Is responsible to provide reliable product information.
  • Coordinates, assembles and ships product for outgoing meetings & booths.
  • Coordinates the return of meeting supplies and RGA’s.
  • Contacts sales consultants when they fail to return all products sent to a meeting.
  • Inventories and inspects returned meeting products.
  • Orders product for meetings when needed.
  • Represents the Meetings Department in Cross-Departmental/Team Lead meetings
  • Use of SAP
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
