Quality Admin 

M-TH 6:30am-5pm 

Pay $18-24 per hour depending upon experience

Our client is a top manufacturer in Northern Colorado providing an opportunity to join a family oriented business with state of the art machinery and Fortune 500 customers. This role will be vital to the company's contractual commitments to their customers, with a primary focus on quality, safety, and cost reduction techniques to deliver a profitable and timely structure. 

  • Ensuring area work areas are clean and presentable to customers and other visitors.
  • Provide Administrative and/or clerical support to the Quality Department in an accurate timely manner ie: Bubble Drawings, Inspection Reports.
  • Responsible for customer interface for quality concerns primarily during customer source inspections.
  • Review of customer shipping documents for accuracy prior to shipping product and scanning for retention.
  • Responsible for Quality Document Control record retention and maintenance. Including training documents in Unipoint TQM software as necessary.
  • Schedule and provide support for customer source inspections.
  • Maintain DSQR / DQR status and responsibilities for final product acceptance. Perform internal audits as needed. Assist in contract review process. 

Job Requirements

  • The Quality Administrator reports directly to the Quality Manager. They will have one direct report the quality administrator assistant. 
  • Developing written Standard Operating Procedures Analyzing and evaluating data available to establish area objectives and goals
  • Conducting area operations within established requirements/budgets Developing forms and reports as necessary to produce profitable operations and effective communications
  • Help support the development of the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Assist with internal tool calibrations and part inspections as needed Learn and use all appropriate modules of our Management Information System
  • Maintaining a reasonable work environment and providing adequate safeguards for the work-related health and safety of employees Developing area operating guidelines

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

3 years’ experience in Aerospace Quality, or related field
