Description

Remedy is looking for a Office Administrator at a water control panel manufacturing company in South Jacksonville!

 

Pay: $16-22 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm 

 

Summary

The Office Administrator is responsible ensuring that the accounts payables department runs smoothly. Duties include but are not limited to: verifying accuracy of purchase orders, maintaining the production schedule, matching of packing slips to purchase orders and invoices, monitoring statements for issues, entering and paying bills.

Job Requirements

  • Manage Accounts Payables
  • Match Purchase Orders to Order Acknowledgments and verify accuracy
  • Maintain the production schedule
  • Follow-up on any past due purchase orders
  • Match packing slips to purchase orders and bills
  • Enter bills for payment
  • Pay bills as directed
  • Answer and manage inbound telephone inquires
  • Ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date
  • Prepare documents as needed for audits
  • Perform other related duties as required Requirements
  • [3] years of direct work experience in an office management or facility management capacity (or related experience)
  • Direct working knowledge of a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering, as well as inventory control of these items would be beneficial
  • Strong knowledge of [QuickBooks] software systems, as well as Microsoft office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Able to maintain filing systems, databases, and basic diary/ minutes management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous records maintenance skills
  • Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills
  • Good financial and business awareness
  • Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive team
