Customer Service Rep-Santa Fe

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm 

Pay: $15.00/hr

ResourceMFG is seeking Customer Service Reps to work at an inbound call center in?Santa Fe?for a retail company.? Paid Holidays off.

Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative will be involved in all aspects of customer relations. Assisting customers with inquiries via email, telephone and fax or regular mail. Customer service representatives can expect to address inquiries regarding order entry, order status, shipments, payments, returns, warranty services, refunds, general information about products and services. Accurate recording and handling of customer inquiries along with providing alternate solutions when needed is a required.

Requirements: 

  • Must have 3+ years of customer service experience with a combination of both in store retail and call center experience. 
  • Must be able to operate a computer and be proficient with Microsoft programs. 
  • Verbal and written communication skills imperative. 
  • Have the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize workloads. 
  • Attention to detail is extremely important. 
  • Must be enthusiastic! 
  • Must possess a professional attitude, have good problem-solving skills, analytical and people skills. 
  • Must be able to work independently yet still be a team player in a team-oriented environment.
