This is a great entry-level role that requires no previous medical manufacturing experience – they are willing to train you and provide you the resources needed to learn in order to be successful. It's a great way to start a long-term career with a reputable company that has been in business for over 20 years. There are plenty of cross-training and overtime opportunities as well!

Pay: $17/hour

As a production associate you will likely work across various departments doing the following:

  • Sorting and preparing medical devices for reprocessing.
  • Inventory control, labeling, and tracking of all devices.
  • Inspecting products for damage or defects.
  • Removing adhesives and other disposable items.
  • Processing devices by using High-Level Disinfection equipment  
  • Final testing and inspections before shipping to customers
  • Packaging and preparing devices for shipment.

The company is looking for reliable people who like to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent attention to detail.   

Schedule:   Monday-Thursday, 5:30 am to 4:00 pm, need to be open to OT on Fridays!

Job Requirements


  • Comfortable being on your feet for long periods of time. 
  • Willing to perform duties that are repetitive in nature using hands, wrists, and arms to complete most tasks.
  • Must be flexible and willing to work in whatever area needs you the most.
  • Be comfortable wearing required PPE (Scrubs, Lab Coat, Hair Net, Gloves and always A MASK)
