TPM Technicians are on the frontlines of keeping this client operating at full capacity. They work to maintain and restore machines to full productivity, and offer important insights as to preventative maintenance to be undertaken in the future. Additionally, TPM Technicians will work to troubleshoot problem machines and seek cost-effective solutions to keep production lines operational.
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $18.00 + (Depending on experience)
This position requires the following:
Troubleshooting errors on down machines and creating solutions for effective long-term fixes.
Reporting and fulfilling work orders for machine maintenance/repair via electronic filing system.
Working with teams of fellow technicians to conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on machines.
Troubleshoot robots and understand processing/tooling.
Read CNC and robot programming and communicate issues to engineering as necessary.
Identify and communicate risk of potential crashes.
Must be able to start up a line from a fully shut down state.
Understand and troubleshoot automation, vision systems, and controls on the line.
Master and power up gauges, change probes as required, inspect locators and cones for excessive ware.
Perform bias tests.
Exhibits a knowledge in industrial maintenance or plant experience.
High School Diploma/ G.E.D.
Must enroll in a maintenance journeyman’s credited classes using the tuition reimbursement program.
Must have ability to read, write and comprehend English.
Must have basic blueprint and work instruction reading ability.
Ability to accurately read Micrometers and calipers.
