Job Description:

  • Perform Preventative and General Maintenance on Equipment 
  • Key role in Operation of the Line. 
  • Employs strong Troubleshooting Skills to Improve Operational Efficiencies
  • Ensures the Team's Line is properly Maintained
  • Work with other Technicians to Teach about Unfamiliar Equipment 
  • Ensure all Safety Regulations are followed
  • Safely operate Cranes, Power Tools, Hoists and Hand Tools
  • Assess the condition of used parts using Micrometers, Calipers and Specifications
  • Maintain Electrical, Pneumatics, Hydraulics and Machinery using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)

Shift: 12 Hour Rotating 2/2/3 Schedule - work 15 days per month

Pay Rates: $24-$36 per Hour depending on Level of Experience

Job Requirements

Skills Needed for Success:

  • Minimum of 3 years industrial maintenance or equivalent education
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Advanced technical or college training preferred
  • Successful completion of Level 1 Mtc Assessment
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Advanced understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanics
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems and CNC equipment
  • Comfortable with computers
  • Capable of operating hand, power and specialized tools
  • Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) preferred
  • Team player and willing to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
