Job duties Include:

  • Answer phones, take messages and or information
  • Filing, scanning information into the agency management system
  • Possibility of quoting
  • Processing mail
  • Some data entry
  • Customer service


Job Requirements

Previous experience in the insurance industry is required.

Computer skills using Microsoft products and open to learning specified computer programs.

Data Entry experience

Previous customer service experience
