Description

Customer Service Representative - Mon to Friday (work from home option after 6 months)

Provides support for our customer base and interfaces with our customers on a daily basis. Each Representative provides our customers with a professional environment, both on the phone and in written correspondence. Maintains customer relationship by responding to inquiries; documenting actions.

Primary Responsibilities will be:

? Maintain strict compliance with applicable elements of the Quality Management System

? Answer incoming calls within 3 rings

? Approve and input customer orders via Order Entry System

? Track orders as needed

? Timely and accurate ordering, invoicing, and credits of contact lenses

? Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner

? Process incoming product complaints from customers and report product nonconformities to QA department

? Ensure accurate and timely ordering, order verification, re-ordering, payments, invoicing, and returns of contact lenses

? Follow company procedures and guidelines

? Seek out additional tasks when available 2+ years customer service experience

? 2+ years call center experience
