Provide responsive quality customer service and support at all times, share order status information, inquiries related to shipments, and problem solving. This critical performance should be done on a daily basis or as needed in a proficient and professional manner.
Execute and deliver all order management, and purchase-order-upload sheets development when applicable, for all ROW accounts.
Maintain tracking report for all pending PO’s and CRD’s (cargo-ready date) requests and submit to Account Executive daily for review.
Strategically manage, generate, and review applicable system driven reports to manage orders from assigned accounts on a daily basis.
Provide updated customer-requested spreadsheets and/or GP reports in a timely, professional manner.
Track and report on inventory for international customers that is produced and stored at factories in China.
Compose and maintain Direct Import shipping procedures for all ROW accounts.
Perform other duties as assigned.
3 years of experience in International Logistics/Traffic planning and/or Customer Service. College level coursework may be substituted for years of experience, such that an Associate Degree with 3 years of experience, or a Bachelor Degree with 1-2 years of experience would qualify.
Excellent skills in PC based applications to include but not limited to Excel, Microsoft Word, Great Plains, SAP. Must have experience with Pivet tables.
Internet navigation experience a must
