Description

Cleaning company on the west side of Jacksonville looking to add a new administrative coordinator to their team immediately! Day shift hours Monday-Friday and pay is $15 per hour. Temp to hire opportunity! 

Job Functions and Responsibilities

  • Create and implement overall recruiting strategy. 
  • Compose job descriptions and post on various websites.
  • Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters.
  • Conduct phone, zoom, or in person interviews. 
  • Create and maintain employee records.
  • Prepare new hire paperwork, complete I-9s and other new hire related documents.
  • Strategize to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives.
  • Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills. 
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires.
  • Consult managers to evaluate staffing needs on a weekly basis.
  • Prepare, conduct and attend job fairs and career events.  
  • Schedule, prepare and conduct new hire orientations.

Qualifications: 

  • Proven work experience as a recruiting coordinator or recruiter. 
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline. 
  • Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices. 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to maintain positive attitude 
  • Superior customer service, strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) skills are advantageous but not required
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
  • Highly responsible and reliable
  • The ability to implement and adhere to standards and procedures
  • Candidates must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
