Job Information


ResourceMFG is hiring an IT Helpdesk Administrator.  

This person is needed to support end users in all aspects relating to software, hardware, installs and troubleshooting. You will also monitor helpdesk tickets for issues and requests, taking action or assigning to others as necessary.  

  • Long term, contract to hire opportunity.
  • 8 hour shift, M-F, 7:00am-4:00pm
  • $24/hour

Helpdesk Duties:

  • Provide direct support for all systems (desktops, laptops, phones, cell phones, printers, etc.)
  • Responsible for following and maintaining procedures for initial system imaging, software delivery, and general hardware/software standardization.
  • Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various software packages.
  • Support and troubleshoot Audio/Visual and Virtual Teleconference equipment.
  • Workload and Incident management

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

  • Office and manufacturing environment
  • Ability to lift and carry IT equipment


Job Requirements


  • 3 years of IT experience providing direct customer support.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science and/or equivalent education or knowledge.
  • Knowledge of basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Ability to install operating systems and software
  • The ideal candidate is expected to have excellent written and oral communications skills; and a proven track record delivering excellent customer service.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Active Directory (Users, Groups, etc.)
  • A+ Certified is Plus
  • Windows client OS (Windows NT and above)
  • Office Suite software (2010 and above)
  • Networking (IP subnets, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, etc.)
