ResourceMFG is seeking a facility maintenance tech for our client in Boulder.  Qualified candidates will have a strong background in manufacturing as well. 

This is a temp to hire position that offers weekly pay and benefits! 

1st shift: Monday through Friday with occasional weekend/on call coverage when others need a day off. 

Pay: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour based on experience

Duties include:

  • Maintain building, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, gas systems
  • Maintain landscape appearance
  • Contract with outside suppliers as required to support all above
  • Support Safety Program with facilities issues
  • Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and building systems
  • Maintains detailed records of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks performed
  • Performs required inventory transactions to ensure accurate inventory of parts and supplies
  • Maintains and upgrades the professional appearance of the facility and grounds
  • Maintains building, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and process gas systems
  • Continually, informally assesses building, grounds, and machinery with respect to functionality, professional appearance, and safety
  • Assists Facilities manager with daily and special projects 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant facility maintenance function(s)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, some college or trade school preferred
  • Personal Computer skills including proficiency with Windows, Word, and Excel
  • Demonstrated dependability and flexibility
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team
  • Positive, honest, creative, and energetic attitude
  • Ability to handle multiple roles and support requests simultaneously with excellent follow-up
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record •Electrical experience/skills preferred
