Growing Tech company looking for a Technical Support Analyst II

Pay: $18 - $21 (depending on experience)

Shift: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

Summary

Provides second level support and specialized technical support to end users by handling support requests that have been escalated by Tier 1. Support will be provided over the phone or via email.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to effectively and efficiently troubleshoot technical problems
  • Advanced knowledge of computer and server hardware
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Tier 2 role
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science
  • Provides resolution for escalated service tickets
  • Works with clients to evaluate and solve technical problems
  • Evaluates user needs to analyze, recommend, and implement changes
  • Configures and supports BroadPOS & PaxStore changes within their scope of support
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of all systems, applications, and security • Monitor and respond to emails and the site chat
  • Recommends upgrades, repairs, new applications, and equipment testing with management approval
