Pay: $15

Shift: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

Summary

Contact center focuses primarily on managing our customers with both voice calls, incoming and outgoing phone contact, e-mail and web-based chat. As a fully functional contact center, you are there to assist with customer’s needs; Offering multiple tier agents who can manage multiple forms of service whether voice and data communication. And strive to serve customers over digital service channels which is supported by advanced technology: email, global chat, zoho chat and voip contact.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email. 
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions. 
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers. 
  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process. 
  • Provide accurate information on products or services. 
  • Record events, problems, and their resolution in zoho. 
  • Follow up and update customer status and information if call back is necessary. 
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures, upgrades, repairs, new applications, and equipment testing with management approval.
